Santiago, the cradle of the Cuban Revolution...

The east played a very important role for the Cuban Revolution.

And in particular this city continues to be a center for son music.

music is omni-present in its streets

In this city, our client has plans to remodel a mansion into a boutique hotel.

Although due to the current situation in the world and in Cuba in particular, this project has been put on hold - someday it may become a reality.

"Little Triañon".

for its style similar to the small palace in Versailles, it is called "the small trianon".

It is located in the noble Bella Vista sector of Santiago de Cuba. Here you can also find the French alliance and many other luxury villas. Rails on the street remind us of the times when a streetcar used to run here.

style also manifests itself on the inside

This mansion has many details of the style copied from France. With its rich capitals and large windows. The floor is classic colonial.

its balustrades and terraces

we imagine that it must be a unique experience, to arrive at this palace to stay in first class accommodations. Tourists will be welcomed on this terrace.

Our client is a great visionary who has promoted countless other tourism projects. He has an admirable perseverance.

facades and sections of the preliminary project

For reasons of respect for the existing palace and respecting the laws of cultural heritage, the mansion is carefully remodeled.

Very few interventions are proposed to make its new use feasible.

only at the bottom of the site, new buildings are proposed

On the west side would be a pavilion inspired by one that existed in the early 20th century.

And on the east side a new structure with wooden balconies would be built for additional rooms.

reference for new rooms

This could be the look of the new rooms with local natural materials, a large balcony and view over the pool and tropical garden.
