The residential complex consists of four villas located on a steep hillside. In the suburbs of Zurich.
This residential development was planned on a difficult plot of land. The owner had been trying to sell the plot for a long time - without success.
Finally we agreed to develop a project independently so that, with the project done, we could find the clientele.
These sustainable villas, built with wooden elements have been published for sale when we already obtained the building license.
In just one month we sold all four villas.
Each client still had the opportunity to choose between variants and materials to their liking.
The system of wooden elements with more than 20 cm of insulation allows to air-condition the villas with a minimum of energy.
In the middle of the hallway there is a duct to throw clothes into the laundry area in the basement. Behind the translucent glass is the shower. You can tell when people are taking a bath, even if it's not at all clear. A taste of the client.
Each client chose their fiber cement facade colors from a pre-established palette. And, although on the inside each owner also made use of the liberties we gave with respect to the layout, on the outside they are presented with unity.
